Reimagining Loyalty for the Hospitality Industry

Among a previous extensive research upon the scope and needs of SMEs in The Netherlands in this industry, many seem unfavoured when attempting to connect and communicate with their customer base.

This project, aimed to allow hospitality owners to communicate with their clients, required a re-imagined end-to-end process of loyalty programs, scalable and adaptable to all types of businesses inside the industry.

What once was only available by big chains, it is now available to all businesses.

It makes use of web-to-wallet interaction that removes the need for app downloads to enroll. Clients can add a loyalty card from their favourite businesses directly to Phone Wallet, while staff can validate these cards using the dedicated Tap2Loyal app. The system supports multi-location management, full tracking and micro-customer analysis, opening to full-fledged CMS.

Business owners are able to send or schedule push and geo-based notifications, with upcoming releases adding embedded website experiences, advanced campaign tools, and franchise-level analytics. The result is a loyalty platform that feels instant for customers, effortless for staff, and strategic for business owners, proving that loyalty can be both simple and smart.
